Features African, Cuban and Honduran from the 70's. Due to being on the endangered list the Cuban is actually old growth trees from the Florida Keys downed from storms as well as contracted removal from private property.
End Grain is the best for your knives (they will stay sharp longer) as well as self-healing (meaning most knife marks will seal themselves back together).
